In winter in India many people prefer having breakfast outside in the sun.

In India winter lasts for December January and February. In Ghatsila in Jharkhand, travellers and people have their breakfast outside in the sun. The sunrays are mild and in winter travellers love the winter breeze in the sun.

Thanks Ocean here in the winter season, that is December or January, minimum temperature hovers around 7 degree celsius. There is no snowing.
