Aster Zeneca vaccine why have so money droughts

for last weeks i usually hear about that aster zeneca covid vaccine have some side effects on human blood, pharmacist have invent the vaccine but it should also check their efficacy on the vaccine in short time not to make any one health on risk. before vaccine it should be clear.

I agree on that, they should. But can they be certain, that there are no side effects only by doing scientific examinations. I can wish the science and technology will develop further, so that there wouldn't be so severe side effects on vaccines in the future.

but patient still needs the vaccine dose, if not provide a safe vaccine on time it will make the situation alarming

All of the vaccines have been thoroughly checked and signed off as safe. The incidence of blood clots, however, is so rare - about 1 in a million - that it could not possibly have been known about until several million doses had been given. They still don't know why it happens, though I believe that they think it may be genetic. What you can be certain of is that it is very unlikely indeed that you will have a severe reaction from being vaccinated and that ANY vaccine is better than none.
