Even VAR cant get the fans back onside after the European Super League craziness.

So the European Super League is falling apart. Everyone in the United Kingdom was pretty much against it with just greedy chairmen of the big six clubs keen to join here. Manchester City have decided to leave and Chelsea expected to withdraw tomorrow. Manchester United vice chairman has resigned and all six English clubs expected to pull out by Friday. .The Juventus chairmen expected to go soon. Europe's big clubs sold out their fans and told them they didn't matter by organizing a closed league that had no relegation for 23 years. Fans, during the covid years, would have to fly to Europe to watch games. FIFA threatened to throw the 12 teams out of domestic leagues for this craziness. EUFA threatened to kick them out of all European trophies, and block players from being in international matches.. Players, fans, managers and the media in the sport turned on those clubs. Even the Prime Minister piped up. It looks like the Super League is a smoking husk now after just 72 hours of its conception and the 12 clubs have a lot of grovelling to do to get fans back onside..

Yesterday's news already my friend. It was never ever going to happen. And anyone who believed it would was delusional.

@thedevilinme Uefa wants to start banning clubs from the Champions League and Europa League which have huge debts. What happened to Fair Play and clubs being financially in the Black?
