I am looking for a PrePaid cell phone for my 13 yo step son. Who has the cheapest minutes?

We use tracfone. We don't use the cell phones all that much, since we have our home phone, so it doesn't seem too high. Not sure if you used it a lot. Check it out online at http://tracfone.com

Here where I live they have Cricket Phones, $45 unlimited minutes anytime anywhere
