sugar palm fruit is a food that contains a lot of water. Young fruit from this palm tree is often processed into sweets by boiling it with added sugar and a little flavor enhancer or arma. This fruit is apparently considered to have several health benefits for the body. Nutritionist Hindah Muaris in his book Kolang-Kaling & Siwalah: Healthy Food High in Calcium (2015), explains that apart from being delicious to eat, frogs also have special nutritional content so that these two fruits are classified as nutritious food ingredients to improve and maintain a healthy body. . 1. Supports bone health fro it is believed to have a very high water content, which is up to 93.8% in every 100 grams of fruit. Kolang-kaling is also proven to have a relatively high calcium content, reaching 91 milligrams in the fruit and fro. So it can be ascertained, fro is beneficial for bone health, especially in order to prevent osteoporosis. 2. Treating arthritis Kolang-kaling is also useful for treating arthritis. In general, the carbohydrates contained in the frogs are galaktomannan. Galactomannan is often used as one of the ingredients in the manufacture of drugs for arthritis. Galaktomannan itself has a function to relieve or reduce pain caused by arthritis. 3. Smooth digestion Another benefit of frogs is to improve digestion. The content of crude fiber that is owned by fro is very useful in smoothing the digestive process in the body. The carbohydrate content can also provide a feeling of fullness and provide energy to the body. For those who want a diet to lose weight, you can choose to consume it regularly.
