Nandina Shrubs Have New Growth

Walked around the yard earlier to check for surprises. We got down to 32 degrees F earlier.
The Nandina shrubs in the front are doing well. There are signs of new growth. You see all of the light green leaves? That is new growth from this year. It will eventually turn the dark green and burgundy like the rest of the shrub.
These are evergreen and a favorite. Very low maintenance and does not need direct sunlight.
Happy to see the new growth. Gives me hope.

@Laurakemunto Thanks, that is why I have them in the front. I love these shrubs. Later in the season the leaves will be a burgundy and dark green.
