I am just amazed that 11 year old Kaleb Greenough who lives with his grandmother Sherri Bell who is blind, disabled and on kidney dialysis who suffered a fall inside of her home.
Kaleb tried to call 911 to ask for help. The problem is that the telephone did not work. Kaleb did not dare try to lift his grandma since he was afraid that she would suffer an injury.
Kaleb then decided to log in into his art class at Parkwood Elementary School where his art teacher contacted principal Melissa Yount-Ott who after a quick chat with Kaleb, they agreed that 911 should be called and send medical help to assist Sherri to get the medical help that she needed.
Medical help arrived at the Bell home to take Sherri to a local hospital where Sherri is expected to make a full recovery from her health scare.
What amazed everyone who knows Kaleb was that despite his age, he remained calm during the crisis when his grandmother needed his help.
My guess is that kids today are maturing fast in terms of remaining calm during a medical crisis involving a relative having a health scare.

It's good that Kaleb was calm and thought of a way to get his grandmother some help.
