The Thing that always needs fixing

What thing inside your house always breaks down and needs fixing?
It is really difficult when things around the house gets broken or damaged and need fixing. One thing in our house that needs fixing is the sink. And I almost forgot, the faucets as well. Hubby gets annoyed when the sink is always clogged. Since he is the handyman in our house, I understand why he feels that way.
Kids take their turns in washing the dishes and I think its the carelessness on their part whenever they do the chore. The sink can still be used but it surely needs fixing. Hubby just replaced the faucets two weeks ago and everything works just fine now.

Good to Know that. At my house there is this stainless steel frying pan which it's handle loosen every day and it needs fixing. I think I will have to buy new one.

Buying a new one is the last resort especially when things are irreparable.

Yes probably what the kids do there. Sorry to hear it.
Here it is nearly everything as the slumlord fixes nothing.

Oh I understand. It is really hard to have clogged sink. That`s why I am very careful when washing I make sure that the food don`t goes into the sink. I put it away into the trash bag.

We had a problem with that too. Hubby needed to replace it not only once. But good thing that its already fixed.

The kitchen sink surely is always on my list and I'm the handyman in the house. Especially when washing oily dishes. The oil accumulates and in time it will clog the pipe.

Oily things, that is what my husband always reminds the kids. They are to be careful. Good thing that you are the handyman in the house.
