Plot in a anime is very important but does the animation quality also has a major role??????? out of all the anime I have watched I have always considered the storyline and character development to be the main factors... however i have seen some of my favorite anime get criticised due to the poor animation quality... a well known example the weeb community is seven deadly sins or nanatsu no taizai... the story is perfect and boundlessly entertaining however the animation quality of the anime goes down with each season. i belive that people should try to reduce this and try to look at the bright side and show some support to the hard working animators..... do you guys have any similar experiences with any anime?? how did you deal with it?

It really depends I’m a lot time Sailor moon fan but I can say the quality of the anime for the new version of Salior moon didn’t put me off. It was the fact that writers went back in took since our ans changed the story line. I wasn’t a fan of them using the Japanese names and new voice actors but those I can easily look past. I jsut don’t like they decided to change it from the original 90’s very. Even if the quality is sucky as long as the story is the same I typically enjoy it.

@otaku_ really that’s it for me. Naurto to me over the years the animation got better. Also have to think about the animations funds at the time of them making it. Did the last season did they make enough did they have to down grade due to not having enough money. They got to pay the artist, the direction, writes, the editing team, the actors which voice each character.

The quality of animation can sometimes suffer due to lack of budget or time or for other reasons , but I believe that animators are doing a great job continuing to release titles that many have fallen in love with , I believe that it would be possible to support the studio

I see... well animation isn't a easy job but sometimes this criticism is really justified... berserk would be a good example of this...

Not a thing I am qualified to talk about at all. But I imagine if the animation quality is not good, why would you watch it?
