Salvador dali was a Spanish artist. HE was a surrealist. Salvador DalĂ's artistic repertoire also includes film, sculpture, and photography. He collaborated with Walt Disney on the Academy Award-nominated short cartoon Destino, which was released posthumously in 2003. His eccentric manner sometimes drew more public attention than his artwork.

Interesting fact, there was a serial killer in Europe who mimiced Dali's art in his murders. He arranged and mutilated the bodies to reflect certain scenes in Dali's paintings.

DAli's work is very beautiful, but sometimes hard to understand. The 'persistence of memory' is one of his most famous paintings. Strange melting clocks, but check the mountain in the background,it's so beautiful.
