Frustration leads to wrong things

Recently videos of a person in hospital killing a patient going viral here. They saying in two ways one is
It's because of huge frustrations amoung the staffs of hospital because of huge number of cases and no time for rest and all leads to mental frustrations and started doing this.
Second news is it's done by them for the purpose of taking internal organs because who died thru corona means no need to handover the body to the relatives
So what's is true don't know anyhow it's bad

the news is creepy,the killer may be insane.frustration will lead to negative emotion for sure,but people should try best to resist rather than abandon.the plight especially can test humanity.

Whatever be the reason, the deed is very bad and scary. At this point of time when the whole population is dependent on the health system, how a doctor can even think to do this?
