Why be mean?

Some people are just so mean unnecessarily. I just saw a lady trying to ask for some help. Instead of getting help the other person just splashed some soda on her and knock her down. At first I thought they knew each other Maybe a couple or something. Only to her the guy shout do I look like a charity organization? That made me more curious.
It's so sad one has to plaster the darkness in their heart to people. What was so hard with him walking away?

Some people are not only mean but do not think to reciprocate any kind of kindness.

That's so sad. I feel sorry for the lady. But more sorry for the mean guy because of planting bad things. He will reap what he keeps sowing
