Trying to lose weight

I have been working so hard to cut my weight from being over weight I'm 105kgs I have cut 2kgs from 107kg it's not so easy but I'm so grateful for the support my boys and husband are giving me yesterday i skipped the rope over a hundred times and today I walked for 3km, I'm also watching my diet and taking detox drinks... What detoxing drinks work's best for you?

Not sure about detox drinks but I love tea with lime sometimes. One lime, squeezed for the juice and a mug of tea. I also try to control what I eat. Eat more veggies and try to reduce instant noodles, which I love. I walk around more.

I'm glad you're making the effort to lose weight. I don't use detox drinks. I am on a diet plan and have been for almost 5 years. I've lost 80 pounds so far.

Good luck. I don't use detox drinks, I just watch my diet closely and exercise nearly daily. My exercise consists of riding an exercise bicycle. (My knees are in very poor condition and walking right now is not a possibility.

Ihave tried Intermittent fasting - it is not hard, I can eat within 8 hours, first meal is fruit & yogurt with seeds, like pumpkin and sunflowe seeds, and berries - Mango is good too, fresh or dried & soaked.. later lots of veggies etc.. mostly alkaline food In between, healthy teas
