Yes it needs lots of courage and inner strength to be in business, I tried my hand at two networking business,one of which i failed but the other I survived with consistent efforts on my part. To keep the morale of fellow networkers also you have to work hard and encourage them time to time. It is very difficult but lots of patience yields results.

I think that inner strength comes from living life, the experiences that we have and how we deal with these experiences. I contribute my inner stregth to the way I was raised when I was a child. We were poor and we worked hard to survive. We took care of the elderly in our families. We saw births and deaths on the farm. I believe these experiences made me compasionate and hard working. I use this inner strength to deal with others in a loving way. I dont judge people by the way they are dressed or their lack of education. As a result, I am able to work well with others of various backgrounds. I use this this talent in my work life as well as personal life
