May 2 - What I'm Thankful for Today

This is the day the Lord has made and I WILL rejoice and be GLAD in it. Today has been a very good day.
I'm thankful my headache was gone before I went to church this morning. It was a very good service.
I'm thankful I took myself out to eat. I stuck to my diet, and with the calorie count mentioned, kept that under control too. 
I'm thankful I got necessary shopping done before I went out to eat. I didn't need much, but I was out of turkey bacon for a couple of days now. I'm set with that for a couple of weeks.
I'm thankful for the work I accomplished on Vendetta. I finished the current read-through and started writing again. I expect to finish the novel this week.
We're expecting rain in the forecast for tonight. We'll see what happens. Other than that, it's been a very nice day today. 70 F right now. Yesterday, we had an unexpected high of 84 F. It wasn't supposed to get above 72 F. I think they miscalculated.

I start feeling pressure in my neck and shoulders, if I am online for too long. So, I try to limit myself, to keep this from happening. This has been a lovely Sunday, right around 60 degrees today. I'm finishing up a good mystery book, I love reading! Jay is changing plugs in his truck, another new project.

That sounds like a productive day. I am happy to hear your headache was over before curch.
I'm thankful the rain didn't last long and I stayed dry when I went out. I'm thankful I'm finally getting over this cold. I must be doing something right, because it didn't hit as hard as previous times. So, that's something else to be thankful for.

Blessed days forever! I'm so very thankful for being exempt from jury duty! I'm frightened of crowds, since can't get vaccinated. Thankful for open washing machine & dryer and got my laundry done without trepidation. Been a good day for me too. Thank you Christ, amen.
Glad you're feeling good, got all done & enjoyed yourself too.
