Holey moley....or, "Holy blast from the past, Batman!"
My neighbor was here to help me clean things out. She brought out a paper booklet that I had not seen in years.
It was a recipe book that I and my classmates (and classmates' parents) made when I was in third grade. 
I have one friend on Facebook whose name is on that list, so I posted it there and tagged her. 
Jeez, the things we dig up...

So true! The recipe my mother contributed was from my grandmother: "Chinese Almond cookies" though I don't think there were really anything "Chinese" about them.

@xstitcher Same here. One year I had to contribute to a cook book, too. Just don't remember when.
