I’m sorer but I can tell in stronger then I was 5 weeks ago. I have one more pole level 1 class next Tuesday and I know it’s going to be a beast. If I can finish that last class I think I’ll be alright moving on to pole 2 class. The class I really want to do is the hoop class. I did get down this week on of my spins from last week that I was having trouble with. Finally click and go my hips in the right places to do it properly.

I guess your muscles have to get sore as you work them to make them stronger. Maybe the pain will lessen as time goes on.

I’m always sore after a work out that is actually very normal. Because you pull muscles and break them small amounts each time is good because it will Uber time make it stronger.
