Today, I'm going to share with you something I have absolutely no use for. It's an article about how to give the best apology. The reason I have no use for it is that I have never angered, insulted, injured and/or offended anyone. Thus, I've never had reason to apologize to anyone. Frankly, I find the custom somewhat baffling. I've seen it done and I've even recognized the need for others to say, "I'm sorry," to various people, including myself but never having done it, the process is still mysterious. So I can't say with 100% certainty that what I am about show you really contains the four elements found in the best apologies. But the lady who wrote the article seems to think so and I don't know why she would lie. So give it a shot. Read it and the next time you need to make an apology, we'll see what happens.
