Citation Ticket Issued to Non Wearer of Face Shield / myLot

In our city, policemen randomly check the passengers in public utility vehicle and if they find a passenger on board not wearing a face shield aside from facemask will be cited for violation with corresponding penalty. The first offense is 1000 pesos or a community service. Some passengers no longer wear face shield at night but authorities are still making rounds during night time.

When they're giving out rules to help us, we should also help them. Unless we plan on being sick with Covid and decided to treat ourselves at home.

That's good to hear. We should be following rules always for our own good. We should be wearing facemask and face shield always. It's our basic protection.

Yes, more so if physical distancing is impossible like riding in PUV.
