I’ve read several of Lysa TerKeurst books but Forgiving What You Can’t Forget is a powerful little book, dealing with forgiveness of course. The power in this book can be felt from the first page, the first sentence really.
Forgiveness can be a painful process, but I believe it is important that we remember that forgiveness is as much, if not more for ourselves than the person we are forgiving.
If you have ever felt you were in a cycle of unresolved pain or go through offenses over and over again replaying them in your mind, and you can’t feel that you can go on like this, I recommend Forgiving What You Can’t Forget.

I need to read this book. I have one person I've been unable to forgive.
