The name Brandon Bair is not well known to the general public who follow the National Football League (NFL) since Bair who is 36 years of age only played in the NFL from 2012-2015. However due to Brandon's actions of being in the right place at the right time on Thursday in East Idaho when a driver of a semi truck made an error of trying to cross the railroad tracks when a train that could not stop in time struck the passenger side of the truck and pushed the truck down the railroad tracks until the train came to a complete stop. Brandon who was an eyewitness to the accident took action to get out of his auto, run to the scene of the accident to rescue the driver Steven Jenson who was trapped inside of the truck that was on fire and ready to explode. Brandon managed to get Steven out of his truck by getting him out of the driver's seat and get him away from danger by getting him out by the back window. Brandon had help from bystanders to get Steven away from the danger zone until an ambulance took Steven to a local hospital where he is expected to make a full recovery. I would say that Brandon was the Guardian Angel to Steven that day in East Idaho. I just wonder if the railroad crossing had warning lights to warn Steven that a train was coming or not.

I wonder if the truck driver tried to beat the train or did not stop and look before crossing? Another person trapped in a burning vehicle! I'm glad Brandon was able to save Steve.

I think the truck driver tried to beat the train since he may have been in a hurry.

Often times those red lights are not working. Glad this driver was rescued.

The other option was the flashing lights were not there but just a railroad crossing sign.
