Anger..how do you deal with it

There are many suggestions from near and dear ones on how to deal with anger issues. I prefer to be silent and keep reading some books ,this is the best way for me to deal or manage my anger. what do you do to manage your anger?

I pray about it and surrender it to God. I don't want the spirit of anger to control me. The Bible says we can be angry but we should not sin

@prashu228 religion is a spirit too. They might have not been delivered from the spirit of anger. They need to surrender the issue to God and let God be in control of their lives

It depends on what the anger is from but usually I go for a walk, weed, clean or go somewhere so I can yell by my self to channel the energy.
