Birthday today

I am feeling a bit better, my sleep is somewhat better. I have a long list of chores for today, lots of things I've been putting off. Just little things though. But they add up over time. I think the weather will permit some yard work today. I hope so. It is my birthday, I am 48 years OLD. lol yes I feel old. I admit though, I don't feel so stiff and achey now that I've been exercising for two months. I will make a chocolate cake in an hour or two after I've completed more housework. My boyfriend will get off early today, and I will make beer battered fish for dinner. I also want to do some painting today, I got my modeling paste from amazon and used some on two canvas boards for experimentation. I will put on the first layer of paint, a wash really with thirty percent water. Then if it dries fast enough, I will do another layer. I am using acrylics. I have an appointment with a nutritionist tomorrow, and two bloodwork appointments. One for my GP, the other from my psychiatrist. I wish I could combine them but I can't. Time to mop now.
