Body change

May 16, 2021 10:25pm CST
I have always been used to being thin eversince highschool.. Although I eat like a lot but I my waist line won't change.. And though I have given birth I have gain back the same body.. However, this year was quite surprising.. Some of my skirts won't fit.. Even some of my dress.. And have notice my waistline kinda add some inches.. So I guess my body is changing little by little.. I only take vitamin C for my immune so I know it won't be the deal of a sudden change. And didn't change any daily routine and habits And I'm kind of really surprise but surely I would live to see the next improvements of my body.. I hope the end result is good.. Have you ever experience the same? How did you cope with it?

Our bodies change as we age. I exercise like a lunatic and watch what I eat.

Since my body change a bit, I change my diet a bit as well. Consume less food and eat more fruit and veggie.

Our bodies needs change with age. Nothing you can do will stop it. You can do everything right, and experience changes. Weight goes up and down, constantly. If your diet and exercises routines haven't changed, perhaps its stress-related. Or a hormone change due to aging.
