Productive Week So Far

How’s it going? It’s Wednesday and 11am in my world and I have been thinking how I’ve been absent from MyLot for a while, and also absent on the treadmill for my daily walk/run. Those are definitely related! My treadmill time is usually my catch up on MyLot time. That and late night when I’m working and it’s not busy. I just finished up a 3 day weekend that felt incredibly busy. On Sunday, I met up with a friend I haven’t seen since Covid - she’s finally fully vaccinated- and we talked and walked and caught up on life. Then I met up with another friend I haven’t seen in a few weeks and we walked and went out for lunch. She bought a new (to her) car recently so I got to ride in that. A 2017 Nissan Altima. Was smooth! Like gliding over the bumpy roads. Monday, I had 2 separate dentist appointments. One, to get 3 fillings taken care of. Was so disappointed because I had been immaculate with brushing and flossing. It was going fine until the novacaine started to wear off. Later that day I had an appointment to look at getting my wisdom teeth removed. All 4 of them. They are fully out, not impacted, so that’s good. Hopefully mr novacaine doesn’t wear out this time. Ugh! That happens in a month and will end up costing me just under $2,000. Then on Monday night I had drill for my firefighter gig, which is just situational training. Challenging but I learned lots. Tuesday, I spent the day doing a few Shipt orders and my own grocery shopping. I ended up making $97.00 on 4 orders of Shipt deliveries thanks to an extremely generous tip of $25 from one customer! Then I hung out with my roomies and made them meatless Ruben sandwiches. Nom! The other exciting thing is I paid $350.00 additional dollars on to my car payment, so now my loan is $3,999.95. Lol! I was anxious to see it under 4K. Getting closer. Got a lot done this weekend. Funny how a WORK WEEK sometimes feels more relaxing than the weekend. How is your week going?
