The Boy in the Stripped Pajamas, and Other Things

I’m trying to think or something to write about, but there’s not much going on here, I watched The Boy in the Stripped Pajamas earlier with Little Miss, I want her to have an awareness of what the Holocaust was and sadly that’s not something they teach in schools at least not here, right now she’s watching Switched at Birth, I can’t count the times we’ve been through the series lol, but she likes it. Had a light dinner, Pasta and Fruit, which was good, now I’m just relaxing. I’m not sure if I’ll have Little Miss tonight or not, she went home last night, but her Mom brought her this morning, because her Mom had to go out of town, an appointment I guess.

I never watched that movie, but it looked good. I recommend Friendship in Vienna as well. I watched that as a child, numerous times.

I watched this movie before. I have to say there are many disasters happened in the world. But unfortunately it seems people haven't learned a lesson from the war yet, sad to say.

The Boy in the Stripped Pajamas was about a friendship between a boy in a concentration camp, and the son of a nation soldier... Switched at Birth was a t.v series that started in 2011 I believe, about two girls who were switched at birth...

I have seen that movie "The Boy in the Striped Pajamas" and I swear I would never see it again. I wake up in my very strong feelings, sadness, anger, impotence, among others. It is one of the few that has made me cry and I am not a crybaby at all. It's really tough.

The Boy in Striped Pajamas is a movie that brings one to the Nazi era, not the war but the repercussion of war. Poignant. Will recommend but will never watch the movie again.
