A California police officer saves the life of a baby that stopped breathing

Thanks to the actions of San Bernardino Sheriff's Department Deputy Joshua Kelly who answered an emergency call from Glen Wood who is the dad of identical twin daughters Abigail and Victoria Wood who are 10 days of age, the life of Victoria was saved when she stopped breathing when she choked on a formula. Officer Kelly used his first aid training skills to get the object out of the breathing lane of Victoria so she could breathe again. Glen did admit that he tried everything that he knew about getting his daughter to breathe again but he was not successful in his attempt to revive his child. Glen who is a first time dad is grateful that a sheriff's deputy came to the rescue to save his daughter from dying young.
