I am annoyed by sleeping issue.

everyday i have slept around 8hours,usually sleep during10:30PM -6:30AM,or 11:00PM-7:00AM.plus i took a 30mins nap in the noon.but somehow i was often sleepy during the day,just like a sleepless guy.as a adult,i think 8hours's sleep is enough largely.but the ironic thing is the period of sleep don't seem enough to me.My god,why i desire so much for sleep,am i unusual?maybe i need a health check.how about you,dear mylotters,did you sleep enough and is rested at next day?

Scientifically a Pearson is supposed to sleep for about eight hour and not less that . If you sleeping hours is less than 8 hours you will definitely spend next day feeling sleepy. Have a nice day

I think it's different for different people as many are ok with even 6 or 5 hours of sleeo

@Butterfingers ,i agree with you,I saw many persons just sleep for 6hours everyday,but they are fresh next day.how much sleep time is suitable depend on physical quality,there is no criteria.

i think it depends,not everyone need 8hour's sleep,someone just need 6hours.someone may need more than 8hours

8 Hours is Ideal and this around what I am getting these days, earlier on I was taking only 7 hours or 6.30 hours of sleep plus I don't take any naps

maybe 7hours is enough to you,8hours is not necessarily suitable for you.

I feel the same like that sometimes. I already had 8 hours sleep but still feeling like I needed more sleep. I went to the doctor and told me I have to fight back that because it has something to do with my hormonal imbalance

I likewise saw a doctor in the past,then got some medicine to eat,but it just worked for a period of time,after some day,the sleep issue arised again.maybe i also have hormonal imbalance,that's possible,

maybe it make sense,but in my case,i feel sleepy no matter what season it is,even in winter,i still feel sleepy.

yes,i saw a doctor before,just got some medicines to eat,then the doctor haven't found any problem,just advised me to develop a good sleep habit
