Is it possible to hit two birds at once?

Hello to everyone. To anyone reading this, you might be wondering what does my question mean. I intend to ask is it possible to achieve two things you enjoy or love at the same time.
See, I just had my first job as a mechanical engineer for an automotive industry and I am extremely happy because I am working as CAD designer which is also one of my passion. At the same time, I also wanted to work in gaming industry since I have also dreamed to become an independent videogame developer. Although I am a videogame enthusiast and worked/studied how to start in such industry, I cant seem to have the motivation to continue since I working also on my other dream job. It frustrates me.
Have you experience the same way wherein the other dream job of yours overweighs the other dream job you want to pursue? I am all ears to listen to your stories and suggestions. Have a good day ahead!

No I haven't experienced such situation. You should think and come to conclusion as to what gives you more happiness and contentment, then do that

Well, If you able to balance your time by doing both of them you can hit two birds at once, but if you couldn't do that, you have to know what should be your first priority in life, and if you can't do both I think the other one can wait and there's a right time for that.
