Neighbor's Daughter An Honor Graduate

Talked to my neighbor today. Her baby daughter graduated from high school on Friday, with honors. She is over the moon proud of her.
And she is also having a bittersweet feeling, as her daughter is getting ready to leave for college soon.
I met some of the family that was over for the celebration. Happy they were able to have graduation this year. Good to be around all of the happy people.
Wishing all of the graduates a bright future. Do you know someone who graduates this year?

Our son's nice graduates from grade 8 this year.
Its a very large class and as a result they will not be having a ceremony.
My older brother called me yesterday, his youngest just finished her first year of college, she is in nursing.
She is president of the Nursing Association at the college and made the Dean's list for her marks.
My hubby and I congratulated her and told her how proud we were of her.

Congrats to her. One of my neighbors sons and two people I knew from the past, one with a son and the other with a daughter graduated from the local High School this past Friday.
