Masala Pasta!!

YUMM
May 24, 2021 1:05am CST
Tried out a different pasta version today, an Italian-Indian fusion of pasta. Maggi is a popular Noodle brand in India, I used the tastemaker of Maggi and tossed it along with pasta, fresh cream and cheddar cheese. It had a distinct flavour of both masala and Italian, melting into my mouth. I guess I will make more of it.

Definitely @Swayamsiddha..first and foremost boil pasta until they are soft and then go for preparing the white sauce by boiling milk+butter and add refined wheat flour(maida) saute until a thin viscous consistency has reached. Then in a separate pan saute your veggies and the cooked pasta. Add the white sauce and fresh cream and mix the maggi taste maker and other pepper+salt. Mix well. Once everything looks good, sprinke cheese over and if you love cheese then go crazy..Cover it up at simmer for 5-10 minutes. There you go your delicious is ready. Enjoy making the recipe and tell me how it came out Btw if you have any more doubts feel free to ask

Maggi is not Indian, it's Swiss! From the net: "Founded in 1872, a Swiss entrepreneur called Julius Maggi had a vision: to make good-tasting and nutritious food accessible to time-poor, working families."
