By now you will have seen several benefits of lockdown. Here we do not have our maid and gardener leaving me to potter around in the kitchen. more than usual. Today I dished out a recipe from Youtube to prepare palak paneer. I have never tried making it so far as we always ordered that from a restaurant. I am happy it turned out well. My camera needs a spanking as the palak in my dish is lovely green but it does not show in the photo. What benefits have you seen?

Your Palak paneer looks nice. Yes it is the benefits of lockdown that you can learn something but it has to remain within limits too much of it may be detrimental to economic health of individuals.

When things are beyond our control to look for benefits is the way to go.

I haven't got the foggiest idea what palak paneer is. I'm sure other non-Indian members haven't, either. Pity that you don't explain it.

@allknowing What only changed is that I have to wear a mask when grocery shopping and it is no longer fun.
