It's 8pm here. I thank God for another day and another weekend. I still feel some negative vibes but I choose to listen to happy Christian songs and I feel a change in my spirit. I hope everyone will have a good weekend. If you don't have insomnia you are very blessed. I know how hard it is. If your sleep is okay be very thankful to God. I struggle with faith but thank God today I feel I'm filled with good spirits. I pray tonight for all mylot people may you see all His good work in your life. May God give us more restful night of sleep. May the devil not succeed in messing up your life. Good night and God bless

Taking God on board for peace of mind and right direction cannot go wrong. I sleep six hours at night and take a nap in the afternoon as I am now retired.
