Mind.
One's thoughts create perceptions of life. When he feels himself useless, even though he only feels, then his life can be really useless.
When someone's mind feels capable, then he will try to continually solve his problem, because he thinks he is capable. So that makes him a successful person.

@Heriyana Not at all. At least not in the English language. The English language has the pronouns 'she' and 'her'. If you need a pronoun for men *and* women, you should use 'they', 'their' and 'them'. It's been in use since the 14 th (!) century.
Using 'he', 'him' and 'his' also for women is seen as insulting nowadays.
