Even though I have never been married in all of 59 years of life, I can imagine how Ransom Jones felt when he lost his wedding ring in 2006 when he sold his home to Doug Cook in Murfreesboro Tennessee when Ransom was giving Doug a tour of the home he was going to sell.
Ransom was very sad that the wedding ring that was 55 years of age would likely never be recovered before he would pass away.
However Doug found a hobby during the pandemic by purchasing a metal detector from a pawn shop in Murfreesboro which Doug has used to locate missing items of metal that included the missing wedding ring during his time finding buried treasure.
Doug knew that the missing wedding ring belonged to Ransom since he saw the initials on the wedding ring belonged to Doug when he was giving him a tour of the house in 2006.
To put it mildly, Ransom was overcome with joy unspeakable when Doug returned the missing ring to Ransom who shared the good news to his wife Wren.
I like these stories where a metal detector is able to locate a missing wedding ring that was returned to its owner since wedding rings are priceless to their person who owns one.

That's a great story. We have a metal detector but have never found anything exciting.

Thank you for never getting married because you an inspiration to me. People think I am crazy because 44 and never got married. I till this day tell people never getting married. All though some friends think I need to because she would balance out my self destruction. What do they know?
I glad they were able to find the ring though and yeah Metal detectors are a handy tool. To bad he figured out ring was made out of zinc, why the metal detector found it. Come on buddy that was funny. He would have laughed.

I am afraid if I were married at the first time I would see a beautiful woman besides my wife, I would get beaten up for looking at another woman in front of my wife. i like being single I like to play the field.
