How long haven't you gotton promotion,are you yearning for promotion.

Our company published promotion notice and posted it out last week.To my disappointment,i haven't found out my name on the promotion list.I have been in the company for four years,but didn't get any promotion.I think i am a conscientious and responsible employee,i was working carefully all the time.However,don't know why the luck is biased towards others.What should i do,keep waiting for promotion,or change job?Dear my lotters,how long has it been since you last promoted,did you yearn for promotion?

Why don't you just go and ask your senior management,?
of what's the issue?
they will help you with that and might also explain what was the issue because of which you have not received a promotion?
And you think if this is something you can't do then look at the trend in your office, how people are getting promoted, in terms of job years in the company.
This will help you make a decision of if you want to stay in the same company and wait for a promotion or switch.

don't just copy people.
find the issue within selves and work on it.

I don't have a regular job..but they could still afford to pay us more than they do. Well maybe they can't but they could try!

I would say be patient and keep working. Your time will come. Unless the working conditions are horrible. Keep doing what you're doing. There are far too many people still out of work, struggling unnecessarily.
