My internets been acting up all day

I work from home and my internets been acting up all day and has been frustrating me beyond belief. We have the highest gigabyte which is the giga blast Internet and we’re always having problems here. I’m directly connected to the ethernet and it’s been disrupting my work all day it’s been so frustrating. Called the cable company today A technician will be out tomorrow I hope that they fix the problem because this affects my job.

how much are we talking about?

It’s suppose to be a 10mbs and it’s a 6 I need it for my job

I don't think 10mbs is the highest.
mine is 200mbps.

@Prabhatsingh It Hass to be 10 MBS to do my job at work but it was only doing six and my download speed is supposed to be 300 and
