when someone insult you what should do

Depends on the situation and person. No body can insult me unless I allow them to. I have a thick cuticle and I stay unbothered most of the times.

I think people who like to hurl insults are quite insecure about certain things, so it's a little bit like seeking validation through those kind of stuff.

If I have done any mistake, I would admit it and if someone is insulting me unnecessarily and without any fault of mine, I will blast him.
