Preparing Brinjal (eggplant) masala curry tonight

Hello friends, as its cool today i did some garden work , it was little mess so cleaned everything and plucked some eggplants to make curry tonight . so i am preparing eggplant masala curry for dinner going to have it with rice. What are you plans for breakfast/ dinner today?

Sounds interesting. I had a protein drink for breakfast. Lunch will most likely be a small salad. Baked chicken and squash with green peppers and onions are the plan for dinner.

I love eggplant. I made ratatouille last night for dinner and it included eggplant. I will make Korean seaweed wrap for dinner tonight.
