I am really impressed how Khyla Phelps, 8, and her cousin Jeriya Haynie who live in Omaha Nebraska are using their talents to create bows during their spare time in the home of their parents Leisha and Tykesha.
Leisha Phelps who is the mom of Khyla got the idea of making bows when they went to shop at Wal Mart.
With the blessing of Leisha, the two cousins began their home based business making bows called Ky & Ry Bow-tique inside of the garage of Leisha since the pandemic caused the children to leave school for a while.
Leisha then found out that they could also sell clothing, book bags and gift baskets for sale in their own garage which has been successful to make money from home.
Tykesha Robinson who is the mom of Jeriya have set the rules for their children to have good grades in school as a top priority in order to be successful business women when they become adults.
The best part of this business venture is that Khyla has this wonderful goal of making their customers very happy shopping at their place of business.

This is a great character builder for 8-year-olds. They are learning early the value of money and how to be in business.
