delivery at 6 AM?

I was expecting a delivery today but not that early. But the delivery guy called at 6:14 AM, and of course I was not awake. So I texted him at 8 AM, saying 'sorry I just woke up and if he could still come back later'. He replied that 'later, I would just call...because maybe you'd fall asleep again!' (yes the exclamation point was there) I just found it a bit rude, I've never gotten a delivery this early. Who gets up at 6 AM to get a package anyway? That's not office hours. And he even asked me to get the package across the road instead of where the address indicated.

I can understand your upset. I also won't understand why he would deliver so early. Hard to believe that they start to work so early.

That's really early. Delivery here only start after 8 am. We can also set the delivery hours.

the matter is really annoying in my opinion,the delivery must disturb your sleep,as a perfessional work staff,he should know that time is unfit for delivery.I doubt he disturb you on purpose.can you complain of him to his company.
