Hi guys, Hope all of you are doing good. I am doing good too. Hope weekend has started on a good note. Stress in today's life and times is inevitable. Many people experience it because in many areas there is still lockdown and people are stuck in their homes. We need to get relief from stress by doing things which we like. My stress buster Activities include a good workout, listening to music, watching comedy videos. Share your thoughts about it. Have a good day. Take care!!!

Stress can literally be anything from something small like annoyance that gets too much or even work stress. Meditation, a good healthy diet and even a positive mentality does help in reducing it.

LOL Cute, but stress cant actually go away. it's not just lockdown or corona stress. people are also under stress because of office and family.

@Rashnag If we keep ourselves busy with work ,we won't have time for those negative thoughts. Music,creative works like drawing,painting,making new things might help to fight with stress as brain will be active while doing this.
