I had a pleasant surprise this past week with my online writing job. Out of the clear blue, I won an unexpected award! I am not quite sure how I did it, but I did it! I want to prepare a good meal this evening to celebrate. What should I prepare?

I was going to prepare some good comfort food in the Crock-Pot, either chili or potato soup, but did not want to wait. So, I microwaved 2 chicken patties and had on bread with Miracle Whip.
