One good sleep....

It's been a while that I have slept peacefully... I often get up in the middle of night, I check out my pup every now and then, I feel thirsty, I feel restless and God knows what all.... I mean my mind starts working post 10pm.... The saddest part is, have to get up early and my work starts at 9 am.... I simply have no idea how to handle this insomniac mess....

I know how you feel. Probably something in your mind or soul is bothering you and it affects your sleep.

One small suggestion is - Keep your mobile aside or switched off, while going to bed. If you keep checking your mobile before you sleep, it could disturb our sleeping pattern. Keep a bottle of water near you, while sleeping and whenever you feel thirsty, drink some water from the bottle.

@Aansh13 It is wiser on your part if you keep your mobile phone aside, before going to sleep. It may be that you worry too much or remain tense, which affects your sleep. Try to listen to some mediating music, that might help.

Honestly, I cut down all sort of Mobile activities before going to sleep, like an hour before.

Create a sleep schedule that works for you. While doctors and the like will say that people need a "recommended" ammount of sleep, people get that ammount throughout the day, not just at night. So you can keep that in mind, as you adjust.
