So Tired

United States
June 8, 2021 2:23pm CST
I really want to take a nap, but I can't. I am not thinking very clearly. I am just really tired. But I have a meeting tonight at 7:30 pm so I have to be back to do that and account for the hours that I would miss. I just don't know what is best for my health and my work life balance right now. I am kind of afraid that if I lay down I won't get back up. Little dramas every day.

You definitely need to sleep. Set the alarm so that you will be up in time for what you need to do. Good luck.

You won't be able to do your job if you don't rest. Here's what you should do, set a timer or alarm for 45 minutes. Lie down and take a nap. Make sure, that you have the alarm loud enough to wake you, but put it somewhere you have to get up to shut it off. Every little bit helps.

You Will have to wait until the meeting is over before you take a nap. Have a blessed day

You are doing great! Take that power nap. It helps boost your productivity later. At least take a break, and slow down a bit. Have great day!

What exactly is a power nap and how does that work?
