Shattered Glass

Philippines
June 9, 2021 3:52am CST
A few days I got my smartphone's screen shattered because I got frustrated with playing an online game that got slower. Maybe Next time I should have just turned it off, it does slow down when it's already low bat. Now, I'm thinking of either buying a new screen or just go directly with new phone. What did I do.

I regretted it. I didn't think it would break, i didn't throw it just slam it to the table but not even that hard.

Just go for a newer phone, even midrange priced phones now like my cheap Xiaomi Redmi is already fitted with Corning gorilla glass similar to what they use on more expensive iPhones.
Beat and rub some tools on the display of XIAOMI REDMI 8A for scratch test because it has protection of Gorilla Glass 5.

@popciclecold I think it broke because it had fallen so many times but the glass never shattered.

I’ve learned to just turn off my phone when I’m frustrated instead of doing something to it. Perhaps you could buy a new phone.

@Letranknight2015 may I suggest perhaps redirecting your frustration by doing boxing. It would allow you to punch something or even kick it.

It's not as good as new when you have your screen replaced. I think its better to buy a new and better phone.

Maybe check with a reliable shop who specialize in it. I am very careful handling the gadgets and never take frustrations on them!

Sadly, there isn't any shop nearby that sells parts on this kind of mobile phone.
