I think. I am up early to bring out the butter to soften. But it just soften a bit after three hours. I can only sigh, hope and pray that this will be a successful day for me. I aiming to bake 250 muffins today. We will see I hope the weather cooperates too. If it will be hot, I will be like in hell. How is your day so far?

they are inside the ref. they will melt if I just let them on the kitchen counter but it takes more than 2 hours for them to soften

@rakski ok Butter melts quite.quickly.here. I like it soft Easier to spread on toast
