Mary Gazall-Beardslee is one very happy woman who is grateful that thanks to a stranger who found her class ring that she lost in 1975 after she graduated from Powers Catholic High School in Flint Michigan has been returned to her possession. Mary can thank Facebook follower Chris Nord for contacting her after he found her class ring that had been found in a box that had been thrown in the trash 20 years earlier. Chris had been in possession of Mary's ring for 20 years before he recently decided to go on social media to find out who is the owner of the ring. Thanks to Facebook, the Powers Catholic High School alumni put together that Mary was the owner of the lost class ring since her initials "MMG" could be hers. Mary was able to arrange a meeting with Chris to meet him and thank him for bringing her ring back to her after 46 years apart.

I agree with you 46 years is a long time for Mary to reunite with her class ring.

That was nice. I left a class ring in a locker room when I was in college.I would so love to have that back. My parent's sacrificed to buy me that. It was a nice one.

@snowy22315 I placed the ring inside of a drawer at home. The ring must have been thrown away by accident when I went to pick up an item from inside the drawer.

I know how you feel since I lost my high school class ring in my parents home one year later that my late parents bought the ring. It has yet to be returned.
