Boiled jack fruit seeds

I am curious how they taste like, we don't like them, I don't know these fruits :)

my neighbor gave me half jackfruit and I also boiled the seeds

Wasn't even aware that the jack fruit seeds can be eaten.

We make a spicy curry with those boiled seeds. My daughters like it and they call it vegetarian kidney fry. I love ripe jackfruit. Didn't have them since the pandemic.

We roast them. It tastes yummy

They are delicious. I like them too.

Haven't had these for a while.

We had lot of jackfruits this year. We have been eating them for last several days. After the one I bought sometimes back, my daughter bought almost 10 kg fruit for just Rs. 250. That was very cheap. We shared it with our family. Again yesterday one was gifted by one of our relatives. We enjoy the seeds more than we enjoy the fruit. That was done yesterday evening.

We use tender jackfruits in curries and add the seeds as well. The curry tastes really nice.

Yes it tastes good. While many boil, few fry them. Tastes good both ways.
