I do have a new neighbor--Angel and I ran into him with some of his friends when we were coming back from a walk.
He's my age or a little younger, I'm guessing, and seems nice. At one point while we were talking, he assured me that he didn't play loud music or anything--and I don't either, so we're good. 
When he asked what there was to do around there, I said "not much"--though I was probably not the right person to ask, as I'm not super outgoing. I said that I had been reading a lot, but I had run out of books. He said, "Oh, I have books." LOL. 
He struck me as a little bit nerdy--kind of like the guys I hung out with in high school. I think we'll get along fine.
